Who is responsible for your personal data?

Novier AB corporate identity no. 559337-6568, is responsible for the processing of your personal data and for ensuring that such processing takes place in a lawful manner.

How does Novier obtain your personal data?

Novier stores personal data which you provide to us when you rent an apartment, commercial premises or parking, or when you act as a contact person for a company. The processing of personal data is accepted as part of securing the contract.
Novier also stores personal data if you are looking for a job with us when you or your company contact us to find available commercial premises or when you are using Novier’s other services.

What personal data is processed?

Novier processes the personal data provided to us and/or collected by us. This may include name, email address, telephone number, address details, date of birth, social security number, bank details, CV, personal letter and/or other information that you provided to Novier or which is otherwise necessary in order for Novier to fulfil its obligations and services in other respects to you.

Why does Novier process personal data about you?

Your personal data may be processed by Novier for the following purposes:

  • To fulfil our commitments in accordance with the services that you use from Novier and our service in other respects to you
  • To provide you with good service, for example, by answering questions that you ask us
  • To send relevant information and offers about Novier’s various services and arrangements in its capacity as landlord to you as a client

When does Novier have the right to process your personal data?

Novier is entitled to process the personal information required for the fulfilment of Novier’s commitment to you, if you have given consent for this processing or if the processing is considered to be in accordance with a legitimate interest for Novier. Novier may also need to process your personal data due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Who has access to your personal data?

Your personal data is used by Novier and Novier’s data processors. Novier shall not disclose personal data to other companies or authorities if Novier is not required to do so by statute, regulation or official decision or to protect our rights or the rights of a third party or if disclosure to a third party complies with our obligations to you.

For how long does Novier save your personal data?

Novier shall save your personal data for only as long as it is necessary for Novier to fulfil the purpose of the processing in each individual case.

Camera surveillance:
Novier Real Estate AB has legal basis in a legitimate interest with the camera surveillance that takes place in and around some of the properties managed by Novier, among other things with a view to preventing damage, detecting crime and ensure safety in and around a building. Novier Real Estate AB follows Fastighetsägarna and SABO’s guidance on camera surveillance, which is considered to be good practice in the market. As a rule, we sort out recorded material after two weeks.

What are your rights?

You shall be entitled to request information about what personal data Novier has saved about you (register extract) at any time (free of charge once a year). Your request must be made in writing and signed by hand as well as including the name and social security number/identification number.

Should your personal data be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request to have it corrected. You also have the right to have your personal data deleted. However, Novier cannot delete your personal data if there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why personal data must be saved.

A request for a register extract, information, correction of incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant personal data or deletion of personal data shall be sent to Novier Real Estate AB, Blasieholmsgatan 4 A, SE-111 48 Stockholm.

You also have the right to file complaints with the relevant supervisory authority for the processing of personal data (in Sweden the Data Protection Authority / Privacy Protection Authority).
